Delivery Period
A typical flower delivery may take 1-2 business days. Same day flower deliveries are possible in the CIS countries, Europe and most of Asian countries if you place your order before 14:00, Moscow time (GMT +3), save for the holidays, which is the peak time for our services. There is one rule for non-CIS countries: we cannot guarantee deliveries on Sundays or on official holidays.
Most of flower shops work during standard hours from 9 a.m. till 19 p.m. However, with the possible differences in our florists' work schedules on certain days, we cannot guarantee that flowers will be delivered exactly at the time agreed. We will meet your requests on deliveries to be made before or after 12 a.m., but no exact time deliveries can be guaranteed (except for previously agreed deliveries).
Holidays and Pre-holiday Deliveries
Due to a sharp increase in flower and gift delivery orders during holidays, many florists prefer flexible working hours and time of delivery.
For this reason, we cannot guarantee that flowers and/or gifts will always be delivered at exact agreed time.
With a great number of orders on holidays, you should place your orders at least 5 days prior to the date of actual delivery.

Delivery Standards
If the recipient is not in at the time of delivery, we reserve the right at our option to:
- leave the flowers with the neighbors, having placed a message for the recipient on his/her door or in his/her mailbox indicating the person who has accepted the flowers/gift for him/her - in doing so we will control that the flowers/gifts are handed over to the recipient;
- leave a message for the recipient on his/her door or in his/her mailbox with a request to call to the flower shop and agree upon the time for delivery.
If the recipient's address or phone number you have indicated is incomplete or wrong, your order may be delayed considerably. In order to avoid delays, please make sure that the recipient details you provide are exact and complete.
In case a delivery has proved impossible for the following reasons: 1) the client indicated a nonexistent or wrong address, 2) the recipient has moved to another address or left the city, 3) the recipient has refused to accept the gift at the delivery - the money paid will not be refunded, since flowers are the perishable goods.
If the address you indicated is outside the city that was specified by you in the order, and delivery to this settlement is not possible, this order will be considered as an order with a wrong address, and it will not be fulfilled - this order will be cancelled with 10% of the order price withheld. If delivery to the settlement you indicated is possible but the fee for delivery to such settlement exceeds that to the city you have previously specified, a reference requesting an additional payment will be send to you. The order will be fulfilled after we have obtained such additional payment. If additional payment can not be made and the order still must be delivered - we will deliver your flowers, though with fewer flowers in the bouquet.
If Flora Express fails to fulfill an order paid for in time through the fault of Flora Express, we guarantee that the paid money will be repaid in full or, if so agreed with the client, the order shall be delivered as soon as possible at the Flora Express' expense, with a bottle of champagne or a cake or a box of sweets, etc. enclosed to the flowers ordered.
We deliver flowers to hospitals, hotels, etc. We do not deliver flowers to airports, marine or railroad stations, post offices or mailboxes.
Order Confirmation
After we have taken an order, we will confirm the order, with the system number assigned, to the client. After our agent has confirmed that the order had been delivered, we promptly send a delivery confirmation to the client's e-mail. We normally confirm the delivery the next day after the day of actual delivery.

In order to expedite answering to your question please specify your order system number in the Subject field of your letter. Registered users may also check for the order status in the section "My orders" in the Private Parlor.
Note
Since it is not possible to indicate all restrictions with respect to international delivery prices, please note that in rare cases deliveries may require money additional to the price already paid (such cases are rare and can occur only if deliveries are made to small or remote town). In such cases we will notify you of that, explain why the delivery is not possible and ask you to provide additional payment. If you cannot make the additional payment, the order still must be delivered - we will deliver your flowers, though with fewer flowers in the bouquet.
Regardless of the difficulties that from time to time arise during deliveries, to justify your trust, we make all possible efforts to fulfill the orders in time and with the due quality, often with significant financial losses.
