Should you decide to cancel or modify your order, please notify us of that as early as possible. We will promptly accept your application for order cancelling or modification provided that the application is delivered to us prior to the delivery of the goods or preparation to such delivery.
An order can not be cancelled if the bouquet is already arranged by the delivery florist (prepared for delivery to the recipient). In other cases we shall withdraw 10% of the value of the order price, with the balance of the price to be returned to the client. If the order delivery has failed because the client has indicated a nonexistent or incomplete address, the order price will be retained and the funds provided not repaid, since flowers are the perishable goods.
In case if the address you indicated is outside the city limits you specified in the order, and delivery to this settlement is not possible, this order will be considered as an order with a wrong address, and it will not be fulfilled - this order will be cancelled with a 10% deduction of the order price. If delivery to the settlement you indicated is possible but its shipping fee exceeds the shipping fee to the city you have previously chosen, a reference to make an additional payment will be send to you. If delivery to the settlement you indicated is possible but its shipping fee exceeds the shipping fee to the city you have previously chosen, a reference to make an additional payment will be send to you. The order will be fulfilled after we have obtained such additional payment. If additional payment can not be made and the order still must be delivered - we will deliver your flowers, though with fewer flowers in the bouquet.
In case if Flora Express fails to fulfill the order paid for in time through the fault of Flora Express, we guarantee that the paid money will be repaid in full or, if agreed with the client, at the Flora Express' expense, with a bottle of champagne or a cake or a box of sweets, etc. enclosed to the flowers ordered.
If you consider the quality of the delivered arrangement quality poor, we will replace the bouquet. Please send your claims within 24 hours from the moment of delivery. With the perishable nature of flowers, we will be unable to replace the flowers or return you the price of the order, if the notice was delivered behind the agreed time.
Please also be noted that the form to be signed by the recipient during the receipt of flowers contains the line "I have no claims to the quality of delivery" and the detailed description of the order. Therefore we expect that, in case the goods delivered are of inadequate quality or the flowers delivered did not comply with those ordered, the client will notice it and make the appropriate notes in the form when receiving the flowers/gifts, but not after that.
