Cancellation policy

If You intend to cancel or amend Your order, please notify us as early as possible. We will accept application for cancellation or reservation change, provided that, if the application is received by us before the time of delivery or prepared for delivery.

The order cannot be cancelled if the bouquet was assembled by performing the florist. In other cases, we held 15% of the order value and the balance amount refunded to the customer. In the case that delivery was not implemented due to the fact that the customer was a nonexistent or incomplete address, the cost of the order is withheld, and no refund because the flowers are perishable.

If the specified address is outside the city you specified when placing the order, and getting there is impossible, it is considered that this is an order with an incorrect address, and it can't be done — cancel the order and hold 10% of the order value. If the delivery to this settlement possible, but the cost is higher than the cost of delivery to your chosen city, you will be sent a link for payment. The order will be executed after receiving the payments. If the fee is impossible, but the order must be delivered — the order is delivered at the expense of the size of the bouquet.

In case of failure of timely issued and paid for order at fault "Flora Express" guaranteed refund, in full or by agreement with the customer, the order is delivered and in our account to the order is added to champagne or box of chocolates. If the customer insists on a refund — we refund the money, but not more than the amount received by us for the order. We will not be liable to client and anyone for any moral damage, since the service remote delivery in each city is run not by us, and raised an independent company.

If the quality of the delivered composition is unsatisfactory, we will make its replacement. Please send letters to the claims within 24 hours of delivery. Given the perishable nature of flowers, we will not be able to replace or refund the cost of the order, if notice is not received within the stipulated time.

Also, please note that the form signed by the recipient on receipt of colors, contains the line "claims of quality delivered do not have" and a detailed description of the order. Therefore, we expect that if the quality of the flowers were unsatisfactory or not delivered goods correspond to the ordered, the recipient will pay attention to it and make the appropriate notes on the form during receiving of the order, not after.
