Delivery and Payment

Order a flower delivery and give joy to your loved ones, even if they are far away. We do our best to fulfill your order.
We deliver flowers even to truly remote places of our planet sometimes using helicopters, ferry-boats and snowmobiles.

How Does It Happen?

  • After payment, the order is forwarded to the Flora Express flower shop in the city of delivery.

  • Florist carefully choose flowers for your bouquet and prepares the arrangement in accordance with your order.

  • A courier delivers the floral gift to the recipient.

Terms of Delivery

We offer fast delivery of flowers on the day of the order from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. local time free of charge. Other delivery time windows are charged an additional fee. If the order to the CIS and the Baltic States is paid till 2 p.m. (of the recipient’s local time) or till 12 a.m. to other countries, the delivery can be on the same day.

In case of same-day delivery for countries with a significant time difference, we reserve a right to substitute the flower composition.

Weekends

We can deliver flowers on Sundays in many countries of the world. For more information on delivery on public holidays and weekends, please contact our operators over the phone +7 (495) 225-54-87 or via the contact forms.

When delivery address is a hotel, we can only guarantee to deliver at the reception. For a successful delivery of your order, please provide the room number of the recipient and his/her cell phone number so that we could inform him/her.

Terms of Service

Please Note

During holidays season (December, 28-31, February, 13–14, and March, 6–8) the amount of orders increases.

We take orders on these days with no guarantee of a certain-time delivery. All the orders for public holidays placed in advance are delivered at the time as per the order.

Confidentiality

All the information you provide is handled as confidential and private and is not available to third parties.

You can always check the status of your order in the User Account or using Order Status link. We will send you an e-mail and an SMS upon delivery.

Payment of Order

Pay for your order after submission using the payment method that suits you the best. We will also send you a
confirmation letter with all the necessary links and order details, in case you decide to pay for the order later.

For your convenience, we accept payments via most of payment systems.

  • Banking cards

    We accept banking cards: MasterCard (Maestro), Visa (and Visa Electron), AmEx, Diners, JCB, Discover.

    1. Enter the card number, cardholder name, valid date and CVC code (on the back of the card);
    2. Click “Pay” button once and wait for a response of your bank;
    3. Some banks will request a confirmation code sent per SMS.

    If the payment is successful, you will receive an email with authorization result and the order copy.

    If the payment transaction fails, please contact the support service of your bank or try another way of payment. Possible payment rejection causes:

    • — non-sufficient funds on the account;
    • — the card has expired;
    • — a card data input error;
    • — the waiting time for data input has expired;
    • — problems with payment processing at the bank;
    • — the card does not support Internet payments or 3D-Secure security standard.

    Our security certificate is provided by Godaddy international company (to check). Payments are processed by authorized processing centers Cloudpayments.ru and Cyberplat.ru 

    “Cloudpayments” payment service is certified with the PCI DSS Level 1 version 3.0 security certificate. To protect the customers, they are using encryption on the communication level — SSL/TLS and on the application level with a RSA algorithm and 2048-bit key length. All the data of your card are deleted after each transaction is completed in order to ensure the security of payment and privacy of data.

  • PayPal
    1. After order submission, you will be automatically redirected to the PayPal payment processing center;
    2. Sign in with your account and choose the payment tool;
    3. Confirm the payment;
    4. Money will be charged automatically after the payment confirmation.
  • Bank wire transfer
    1. Fill in the Web site form and you will received a prepared invoice;
    2. When paying the invoice, put the order number into the “Payment Purpose”;
    3. To speed up the process, send a copy or a screenshot of the payment document at cs@floraexpress.ru.
