Что меня удивило вчера - я к сожалению не смог ответить на звонок вашей горячей линии, поэтому общались только по почте. Но! 1) вы отвечаете на письма очень долго, 2) до вас совершенно нельзя дозвониться - я звонил несколько раз в разное время, я оставил запрос на обратный звонок - 0 реакции, 3) вы сообщили, что не дозвонились днем до клиента - мне пришлось с ней связываться и по сути "открыться" - при этом она не нашла у себя пропущенных звонков В остальном - букет понравился, спасибо. Посмотрим, как будет стоять.

Но после появились проблемы с проводкой оплаты, т.к. иностранные платёжные системы не работают в РФ. Поэтому с 2022 года это мой первый заказ. Думаю, Вам нужно продумать оплату из-за рубежа. Спасибо Ю-Мани, на виртуальную карту Ю-Мани я смог перевести деньги, а с неё Вам, но хотелось бы оплачивать с карт напрямую... А так самый лучший сервис!

Единственная просьба: было бы здорово, если бы за день-два присылали сообщение или письмо на почту, что "по поводу заказа вам напишут в день получения и пришлют фото собранного букета". А то я переживала, все ли хорошо с заказом, пришлось самой звонить. До этого были только письма на почте о том, что прошла оплата и часа в 3 в день получения пришло письмо собранного букета. Я бы хотела получать ещё и промежуточные письма, что букет в сборке, пришлём фото тогда-то. Так было бы спокойнее.
