Flower delivery to Bar (Montenegro)

Well done, excellent! in Moscow, ordered a bouquet to one of the villages in Montenegro. Of course it was not in any lists of cities on the website. Several companies, only the operator Floraexpress "Marina Z" IMMEDIATELY came out and said online about the possibility and cost of delivery in non-standard place. (Others have asked to first create an order on the website, to make out, then they will check, blah-blah-blah...). In the end the order is made and delivered on time at its best. Ordered a bunch of boss in Montenegro 20.03.2014 immediately discussed, unfortunately, the site did not have the right to the city, she said that can be issued for another city. I said whether to change the price from this I was told that the price will not change. In General, the order said delivery on the 11 o'clock local time, prepay all, call me. I was told that the order will be delivered, all right. The next day 2 hours before delivery I got a call said that we need no flowers the bouquet will be changed, I agreed. An hour later I again called back and said that is the order must be in a different place and there is no need of colors, i.e. again changed. Half an hour later they called me and said that due to the fact that the delivery is to another city I need to pay extra $ 15(in the email when the flowers were delivered finally, it was written that shipping is FREE WORLDWIDE). The question arose that the delivery will be late, I think well. Agreed that the delivery will be made and that cry for the rest of the day. 2 hours later I call back asking about shipping and they told me that while I will not cry for a delivery will not. All agreed that the flowers will be delivered cry for later. After a couple of hours after that I called that have paid, but delivery and no! I was told we will check the status of the order and will get back to you. As a result, only a half hour after that I received a letter that the order is delivered! Thanks, of course, that is still delivered, but with everything mentioned above has caused a big negative.

Have used Your service for the first time, and decided to order straight from Siberia to Europe. As local florists (Tomsk) accept such applications only for a week, and the idea came 4 days before the event. Frankly, the success of the event didn't really go... But despite the experiences (change of components of the bouquet, the courier during the day, could not find and contact the recipient) the bouquet was delivered, and the Recipient was absolutely DELIGHTED with such a pleasant SURPRISE!
