We thank Tatiana for the review. Every client is an opportunity to find our mistakes and correct them. The order was delivered to Moscow. We were surprised to learn that the bouquet delivered did not correspond to the ordered.
Our staff contacted the customer and apologized for the incident. The recipient was delivered a bouquet of a compliment and an apology.
With the florist who made the bouquet, carried out the work.

Use the services FloraExpress few years. More from desperation because of the possibility of trouble-free payment from abroad. Not just once or twice was disgusting situation with the bounce of the bouquets, while not always followed at least an apology, alas. Continue to order. Today brought another bouquet. Moscow. Got the photo order. I wish I could post the photo for comparison. Bouquet, perhaps, in composition similar, but absolutely hideous execution, other colors, plastic bag around the bouquet, full bueee. To the question in the ticket received an instant response: "Good day! The bouquet was going strictly by the composition. Colors saved. Colors changed because of the camera flash in a dimly lit room." Even without a signature response :). OK, the plastic wrap is apparently also the result of photoflash. Now I'm waiting for photos from the florist: "the Bouquet was gathered on composition and photo. We expect photos from our florist. Photo of the bouquet,made in bright room at right angles. In the near future you will contact our operator." If it about flowers, OK, you can argue slightly is subjective, the other "difference"=a complete mismatch will not notice, except that the operator FloraExpress. And as usual, emotion zero, apologies for the terribly performed work should not wait.
