We thank Anastasia for your feedback about our work. Under this order do was transfer the delivery time agreed with the recipient. Unfortunately, on 8 March delivery fresh flowers have not come steadily, and many of them detained at customs. In connection with this order, the florists could not physically perform until 11 am, and agreed on the delivery with the recipient to 17 hours. Handed a gift in 15 hours of the day.

First time disappointed with the service of flower delivery. 1. Brought order to the evening, not morning, as it was ordered previously by the Customer transfer has not been agreed. 2. Photo memory is not proposed to make, although the service was ordered and was important. Также предоставлена недостоверная информация о том, что Получатель спешил и из-за этого не удалось сделать фото. 3. статус доставки по СМС не предоставлен. 4. до сих пор не перезвонили и не сообщили причину переноса доставки и причину не предоставления услуги фото в момент доставки.
